RMLL is an organization that is run 100% by volunteers.  We typically need anywhere from 75-100 volunteers to successfully operate the league.  These opportunities range from being a Board member, Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Umpire, Scorekeeper, Pitch Count Keeper, etc.  We need everyone from all walks of life, skills, and abilities to run this league. There is nothing like watching the smiles on a player's face as he gets his first hit or knocks in a critical run to tie the game.   Knowing you helped make that happen makes that moment even better.
